This set of hot lunches will run until June. We will not put out a menu in June yet due to the various activities that get planned during that month. There are a total of 8 lunches. Please enclose the complete payment along with your completed order forms. If you wish to do post-dated cheques, please contact one of us to make arrangements.

• Friday, April 16 – Pizza
• Friday, April 23 – Subway
• Friday, April 30 – Pizza
• Friday, May 7 – Subway
• Friday, May 14 – No School – NID
• Friday, May 21 – Subway
• Friday, May 28 – Pizza

**PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME AND TEACHER FOR EACH WEEK.  IF THIS IS NOT DONE, YOUR CHILD MAY NOT FIND THEIR LUNCH BECAUSE IT WILL ARRIVE AT THE SCHOOL WITH NO NAME.   **

Please write cheques payable to “Roy Wilcox PAC”.
Please fill out one form per child….payment can be all together if you have more than one child ordering lunches.
