BALLROOM MONITORS—WORKING HARD FOR WILCOX STUDENTS

Many thanks to our grade 5 students for signing up to be a ballroom monitor as we all greatly appreciate your commitment to and efforts.

Mrs. Klepsch’s class will monitor through October to Winter Break and Mr. Klimach’s class will take over from January to June.

RIVERLODGE PROGRAMS HAPPENING AT WILCOX SCHOOL!

BABYSITTING BASICS COURSE: We are pleased to announce that Riverlodge and Wilcox school are able to join forces to offer

students opportunities to participate in Riverlodge sponsored programs at our school. Registration for the “Babysitting Basics” has already begun and many students are demonstrating an interest in the course.

RUNNING AND WALKING CLUB 2009

Students can continue kicking up their heels by participating in the running and walking club, Wednesdays at Recess.

BADMINTON CLUB, Grades 4—7

This club will begin in the near future for all interested students. Games will take place on Wednesday afternoons from 3:05—3:45
.

SKIPPING CLUB 2009

The program will take place at recess on Tuesdays so that everyone can participate and have fun skipping.

COLLAGE AND POSTER CLUB

Students can work with their friends on a special poster or collage during the recess break on Mondays.

LEGO CLUB

This NEW CLUB will start Mondays, November 30th at 12:30—1:00 FOR EVERYONE—GRADES 1 TO 7

INTER-SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL— TOURNAMENT NOVEMBER 26

There will be a grade 6/7 Volleyball tournament on
Nov. 26, Thursday from 3:00—6:30 pm at NECHAKO SCHOOL
