At the March 17, 2010 Regular Meeting of the Board of Education the 2010-2011 Standard School Calendar was approved. Attached, for your information, is a copy of the calendar. Non Instructional Days, Early Dismissal Days and the Community Interaction Day are also indicated.

A motion for the Notice of Possible Closure of Roy Wilcox Elementary School, effective July 2011, was passed by the Board of Education at their June 9, 2010 Regular Meeting.

A public consultation period will take place from October 1, 1010 to November 29, 2010. There will be public meetings to discuss the possible closure and to allow the opportunity for parents, staff, and community members to provide input and response(s) to the Board for their consideration. The schedule for these meetings will be released in early September.
